Samsung Gear VR 是現時市面最容易入手的 VR 裝置之一，日前 Samsung 宣佈為 Gear VR 推出全新的瀏覽器 Samsung Internet for Gear VR，讓用戶可以在使用 Gear VR 時同樣可以繼續上網瀏覽，尋找資料或者欣賞短片內容。
Internet for Gear VR 支援 360 度瀏覽、3D 影像串流，同時亦支援 HTML5 的媒體播放。為了協助用戶輸入網址，Samsung 特別為軟件加入語音辨識功能。另外為了方便用戶使用，Samsung 提供 Gaze 模式，用戶只要凝視著螢幕菜單就可以作出選擇。Internet for Gear VR 由即日起於 Oculus Store 提供，適用於 Galaxy S6、S6 edge、S6 edge+、Note 4 和 Note 5。
